| Answer To Question 1: Please see attached. Section 3 Scope - For staff, the rules that govern smoking and smoking at work are complex in a community setting. Staff who work out in the community and visit patients in their own homes should always seek the advice of their manager and the wishes of the patient. Clarification and advice can be obtained from the health and safety team The next anticipated renewal of the policy is not before Dec 24.
